Default Steering question for tech

Hi

Im getting a sign called steering traction control on my car (99 S80 2.9). Any idea of what that means or what the problem might be. The steering wheel works fine and is not making any noise from what I know. The car has 101K miles on it.

You would have to have the Codes pulled to find out where to go.

They pull the codes by using a computer interface to see what is causing your cars system to show an issue. Most mechanics have the necessary system to check and see what the issue is. Tech will be able to go into further detail for you.

Either the Dealer or a Volvo specialist will easily be able to pull codes for you.
