Default Strange idle problem 01 T6

So far I have cleaned the ETM and MAF with no change in idle. Idle is rough when at a stop light after engine warms up. Sometimes it is very rough trying to pull the car forward and other times it is very slight. It is intermittent and about 20% of the time it will idle without any issues at all. I do have a CEL on and have to go to my local shop for a look when I have time. I just can't figure out why it would have such a hard time idling when all other driving is perfectly fine. If its an ETM or MAF or O2 issue then I'm assuming the issue will be there at all rpms and cause terrible gas mileage and hesitation which I have none of these things. The problem is that "rough idle" can mean a long list of things wrong which is frustrating and I've read that the engine code might very well not point to the obvious issue. It would be something like code xxxxx which means lean condition. There's at least four things I can think of that would cause a lean condition.

Eh, I'm ranting.

I'm stumped and annoyed, what do you guys think?
