Just had dealer clean the throttle body for 85.00 no problem with charge thought it was fair but while it has helped my surging a bunch I still get some surging at times did not correct problem all togeather what is my next step?

 

See if it gets worse and maybe will throw a code.
Hopefully it will throw a throttle body code soon so you can get it replaced.

 

i have a similar problem, is there a chance they'll replace it without a code or any way to possibly force the code earlier?

 

No they would replace unless there is codes. No way to force the codes either.
