so i disconected the battery to remove the ABS module to send for repair. when i put everything back, the car runs & stops good (haven't noticed a difference) but the trip odometer just has dashes going accross ----.-- and nothing happens when i push or hold the reset button. anyone have any idea how to fix it?

Do you need to reload the software after removing the ABS module?

 

well the module is missing now, i'm suppose to get it back next week. the guy said that i can drive the car without the module. haven't had any problems. i guess it iwll be ok when i put it back in there. oh the odometer also isn't counting but its showing the numbers

The ABS module helps with the signal for the speedo and odometer.
If it is missing it won't show milage.
