Default Where to buy stuff from? IPD or dealer?

Hello Again,

Pretty much the question answers it all...I need to buy parts; should I trust IPD and buy from them or just go for the dealer prices? Any experiences? Compatibility issues? Customer Service and warranty problems? The IPD site is: www.ipdusa.com

Thanks!

I haven't bought much from either yet as I'm new to the volvo world, but what I did order from IPD ended up being the volvo part anyways. The oil filter wrench/filter package for 19.95 was a great price too, 3 german filters with the filter wrench cap, crush rings and o-rings,whereas the filters alone at autozone run $10+ per.

FCP Groton is Cheaper for Volvo OEM parts.
IMO IPD is overpriced on most stuff.

I agree with tech. I have used both IPD and FCP. FCP is cheaper, hands down. IPD has a few items not offered elsewhere and has newletters and such, so I still shop there from time to time. BTW they are having their annual Garage Sale next month. Good time to purchase big ticket items.
