Hello everyone I have a 2007 xc90 and the car runs head lights work and tail lights but instrument panel, ac, horn just died.

pulled CEM contacts looked good but #3 accessories fuse 15a mini was blown put new one in and did the same thing. Don’t know where to go from here.
