Dear Community,
I've an issue with the multimedia system which I couldn't solve despite multiple retries:

• The navigation system was trying to download and update a map, as the "auto update" checkbox was ticked; I don't know how this setting changed as I always chose manual updates... 🤷‍♂️
• I unticked the box and the system still tries to download the map.
• I tried to launched a manual update: downloaded the map from Volvo website, installed it on a USB stick, put the car ON and plugged the USB stick, but to no avail. The system doesn't detect there's an updated map to install...

So my question is: is there any way to "reset" the multimedia system (without loosing setup, profiles, etc.) or force this manual update?
