Won't Start

Changed battery in my 1998 s90,now car won't start. The horn blows & 4 way flasher work like someone trying to steal it. Any help please.

My guess is that you got this fixed by now. Anytime you replace the battery you trigger the alarm system. You will need to activate the keyless entry remote or lock and unlock the doors with the key to reset the alarm. Then the car will start.
