Hi! A month ago my front passenger door got completely stuck. It turned out to be a sticky deadlock. I managed to unstick it using an inspection camera and a custom made tool.
A few days ago, the rear passenger door got stuck. It was still possible to open from the inside though, but I accidentally armed the child lock in an attemnt to troubleshoot, now it's completely stuck.
I managed to remove the door panel and sent my camera in there for a look.
Before I try to manually flip the deadlock, do anyone of you guys know if this position means that deadlock is locked, or unlocked? Please see attached image.
I figured out that it's a spring mechanism so that it bounces back. I managed to push it to the left, the door opened and then it went back to the position in the image. I guess that's how it's supposed to be. At least I was able to disable child lock. Now the door opens from the inside. Still no luck from the outside.
