recently got myself a volvo v40 98 reg TD , the blower / aircon suddenly stopped working, and the headlamps are very dim.

it also has electric wing mirrors which also do not work, the trip computer is not working either.

someone suggested a bad earthing somewhere ?

heres a pic of the odd thing i found loose (!! ) inside the engine compartment and the fuse box - hope this helps somehow !!!

a lot of the fuses appear to be the wrong amp rating too.
