Hi
Can anyone tell me why my 7 year old V40 has started making a repetitive banging noise, seemingly at or near the air vents, when I turn on the engine? It lasts for about 20 seconds then disappears until the next time I turn on the engine. Is it easy to fix or can it wait for a few weeks till the MOT / service is due?
