are blow off valves simple to fit and can some1 recommend a good 1 which will give me that noisy PSSSSSSSSSH......LOL

 

They can be and sometimes they are trouble to install.

You want to get either an HKS SQV or a TIAL.

If your Upper IC pipe is made from Aluinum you have an Aluminum flange welded onto it and then the BOV goes ontop and you run a vaccum line to the BOV.
