Default Volvo S40 "Try Slow Down or Shift Up"

My 2009 Volvo S40 just had a transmission replaced and now it says "Try Slow Down or Shift Up". Spark Plugs and Coils have been replaced, the computer has been updated. Now they think it may be the fuel injectors. They put fuel injector fluid in and I am to try 4 tanks. I am on tank 4 and it is progressively getting worse. Does not like starting out at times, hills, etc. Feels like it is going to stall out and then takes off. This is getting very costly and moving upward. History - excellent no problems EVER, hit a deer 3 months ago, ran over metal or something in the road that severed the transmission line. It has been a nightmare since. Would anyone else have any suggestions?

are you getting any misfire codes? I'd have a hard time believing all the injectors are off and would check out fuel pressure issues to start (sensor/pump/filter etc). I'd also look at the airflow from the turbo through the intercooler to the intake - any leaks, bent tubing etc? was the intercooler damaged in the accident?

I need to find out what the exact codes are? At this point I am so frustrated with the Ford Dealer who I am afraid may have messed up the car when they put the transmission in and/or was not fixed properly from the deer damage. The Volvo dealer on the other hand is trying to clean up their mess. My insurance company is also involved. I will make sure Volvo also looks at what you are speaking of before they replace all the fuel injectors. I appreciate your reply and direction.
