My volvo v40 sudden wont idle.... from one to another day my volvo v40 suddenly startet throwing evap codes and idle control codes, i found the at leak at the evap canister and fixed it. But theres still the idle control valve code, and it wont idle at all.

Also theres been some mice in the car, but i the only damage i can find is bite mark in a vacuum hose and some mice poop.

things i tried,

i tried like 5 different used idle valves no luck
i tried replacing ecu no luck
i tried mesured the wires from the ecu, it says 12v in one wire and 4 volt the other wire.
i tried manually opening a valve slighty in a stuck position and put it back on the car, and then it idles fine.
