Default Button on passenger head rest

I am still getting to know my 2007 V50. Whenever I get in and admire the interior, I notice a little black button on the left side of the front passenger seat head rest. I didn't see anything in the owners manual about it. I thought it could be where a strap would attach to hold the seat down when it is folded forward. But I could not find a strap under the front seat. What is that for?

Also, I notice there are holes on the rail above the rear passenger windows. I thought they are for the rod to hang clothes from, but the are so far forward one could not hang clothes because they would be up against back of the front seats. Does anyone know what these are for?

I changed the oil to Mobil One European car blend 0w-40w ( from fossil oil). Next is the filters (air and cabin). Any good service books out there other than Haynes?

John

The button on the headrest is to put a hanger on for your jacket, etc. The holes . . . you got me.
