I'm new to this forum, and after reading some previous post I hope the combined knowledge pool might be able to help me ?

I have a 2009 V50 2.0D R-Design . . lovely car except the recent problem with occasional power loss ! It happened about 3 days ago . . Was running fine , I parked up left it for about 2 hrs got back in . . & . . Now when I accelerate there's only like half power. There are no strange noises & no engine management lights ?

I had the same problem about a year ago & the garage cleaned out the throttle body, cleaned up the earth etc & it has run fine for about a year.

I've just jumped in the car this morning & it's running fine again ? ? ?
The only thing different is that it's nice & dry & sunny today. I called the garage that last fixed it & apparently if you plug the diagnostic, in even though there isn't a message on the dash, it should tell whoever there are fault codes pending as it has happened more than 3 times ?

I would be very grateful if someone can assist ?
