Lights query ...................
I've owned my V50 for approx 3 months now, and I've just realised that when I switch the lights on ..... dipped/main beam etc (not DRL); the front indicators (orange) are permanently on also. I've been told that this is normal in the USA as my friends wife has an imported motorbike which does this. Should my V50 be doing this ?. The car is 3 years old ie March 2005.

Hi Ryan,
These orange lamps are on all the time. Both with DRL and when lights are switched on with the switch. However, I have realised that they are not the indicators on the car. The indicators face forward with a lens in front; these lamps are situated at the very outside of the headlamp unit, face only sideways and have an orange coloured "lens" which is part of the headlamp. No other cars in the UK function like this to my knowledge, but as they are not the
indicators, I am now less concerned by how they function. I do not have HID lamps.
