does anyone know if this scanner can read volvo cars? the instructions just say 'most european cars' but that could mean anything. getting a CEL on and all i'm looking for is to read the code.

I have a 2000 c70 and my old Actron scanner works, but only if the check engine light is on. The other ETS light does not trigger it.
