Question Seat Heating Element Removal

Hi Folks
First ever post from this newbie hoping for some useful advice. I have a 2010 D4 R-Design with heated seats. The passenger seat has never worked although the lights on the switch light up. So far the only thing I have done is swap the wiring module (under seat) with the working drivers side module. Drivers side still heats so my assumption is the module is working ok. So now I need to check the element and thermistor but need a little advice on both location and how easy the element is to remove from the seat and any other advice you may think useful would be appreciated.

Oh.. If anyone can help me with a wiring schematic that would be amazing. Stoooopid Haynes manual doesn't have one in WTF !!
Thank you for reading.
John
