Cannot find this relay. Simple I'm sure but??? Not in fuse box. Sounds like it's under the dash next to the radio. I have read that you pull the radio and it's in there, very tight and pulls out hard (perhaps the person forced past colar?) I'd rather hear for sure it's under the radio since the radio has been swapped out once and wires are short, capped, easy to pull loose. I have had other years earlier and always found it under the hood. I bought what Volvo said was the relay and it didn't solve. That's Volvo counter help though. Even with Volvo's picts it showed and labeled it under the hood. ???

 

The relay is part of the hazard warning switch - replace the hazard switch and you have replace the relay. Hazard switch pops out of the front of the console
