Default 2000 Volvo V70 Coolant or Water?

I noticed I had what seemed to be a puddle of water underneath where my coolant reservoir is. I first thought that it was coolant leaking but checked several times and it was definitely water. Is it normal for water to condensate from that area?

If you run the AC, it will drain water out of the cabin. How is the coolant level when the car is COLD?

Thanks for your welcoming. Makes sense. I turn up the heat on the way to work b/c its very cold in the bay area at 5:30 in the morning. Coolant level is like an inch and 1/2 above the minimum line when its cold. I wanted to add some yesterday but didn't have time. How full should it be when cold? Last time I took my car in they said my coolant ph was 9% and that I should get a flush to eliminate the acidity. I've also heard your supposed to use "Volvo coolant" but my friend who works in a shop says all the volvos he's ever seen come in with regular green coolant. Any thoughts on that?

The level is fine as long as it's between the marks. I forget the name of the coolant type but there are one or two other brands of it.
