Default 3rd row questions

I searched for adding a 3rd row for a v70 that didn't come with one and from what I can see you can add one from the same generation. I assume that means they all have the seatbelt mounting points in the car so I can add it to the factory mounting points and I'm not rigging something up? That might be a silly question but I've seen aftermarket jump seats and I would never trust one of those.
Thanks!

Yes all mounting points are already there.

Do I need to get the trim pieces that go with it then? I assume that non-3rd row cars have the upper belt anchor points covered by trim.

Also, is an R worth the extra $$? Or is it more expensive to maintain, etc?

The R models are more HP and funner to mess with.
It is about the same to maintain as the regular turbo cars.

What year is the car you are talking about for the seat.
Most of them you should not need to replace panels.

I don't have a specific year yet. I'm just looking for a good deal. I need something to tow my race motorcycle around with but I also need to get 3 car seats in on occasion. I am not necessarily looking for an R but I am a bit of a speed junkie... so if I am driving a grocery getter it might as well be a fun one. Just bought the wife a new minivan so I don't want to spend a bunch of money. Probably looking to stay around $6-7K whatever I get. I read something else that said the 98 was the best of the first gen 70s.
