98 volvo v70 t5 thumping
I went today to test drive a 98 v70 t5. it was at a small dealership for 4999 so I was really interested. when I started it up I could hear a slight thumping coming from the engine. but you could only hear it inside the car. The salesman said it was a bad motor mount and said to drive it forward and then in reverse. well when going forward it was thumping and in reverse it was really smooth and quiet. does this sound like a bad motor mount to anyone else?
