Hello all,

Appologies for this daft post, but my V70 has just developed an annoying noise.

It occurs when accelerating hard, or braking hard, and sounds like a nut or something rolling around somewhere near the rear light cluster. I've taken the cover off the lights and had a feel around, but can't see/feel anything. If you rock the car when stationary, you can't hear anything, you have to be driving to hear it.

I don't know how to remove the rear light= cluster, but that may have to be be my next move . . .

Does anyone have any thoughts ????????

What year is the car?

Have you remove the spare tire and all the tools yet?

To remove the taillights you might have to remove the interior panels to get to the screws.
