Considering Buying V70 Awd Turbo: Few Questions
I know that the regular models with non turbo motors are good cars but can the same be said about an all wheel drive turbo model with automatic transmission? I would tend to think that the awd and the turbod would put a lot of stress on the automatic transmission?
I got 5 questions for you guyz.
1.So are they any more problematic than the regular models?
2. What kind of gas mileage should I expect out of it?
3. Did they ever make the same car in a stickshift ???
4. Does thw AWD system take away some cargo spance in the back?
5. How much should a 98 model (auto turbo awd) with 155k miles be worth in good condition?

I have a 2004 AWD V70R turbo....Love that sucker...drive it like a bat out of hell. I get about 21 mpg..mostly straight non stop driving..a few lights...
I had problems.... mostly electrical ......whenI started taking it to the beach to walk my fat little dog...

I had a nice chat with my local indy yesterday on this topic! In a nutshell, he advised staying away from the early AWD models, particularly the 98 and 99.
