Default Crank pulley seal replacement

Hi folks.

I have a 2002 v70 xc with a 2.4 turbo
I'm hoping someone can help advise me on this issue.
This isn't a job that I want to attempt myself considering the timing belt is a factor. So I was wondering if one of you guys can tell me what kind of time frame is needed to do this repair so I don't get screwed by whatever service place I go to.

Thanks in advance.

My guess is just to do the timing belt is about 2 hours and if you add an hour for removing the pulley and replacing the seal, you're somewhere at 3+ hours. Depending on when you last did the timing belt, you will want to replace the belt and tensioner and check the idlers. The VVT set up adds some complexity to the timing belt reinstall vs pre-2000 engines...
