Dealer recommended changing the right lower engine mount.

Please confirm this is the retangular looking mount and NOT the front/rear cone-shaped hyraulic ones.

I've seen a thread stating the front/rear cone-shaped mounts are a PITA to replace. How about the right lower one? Anyone with experience, steps or procedures?

One of the 14mm bolts twisted and nearly broke off in the block.
Recommend buying new bolts and replace. They were only $2.36 each at the dealer.
