How many hours labour involved.

Hi, Hope i'm not boring you all, go to try to keep the forum "ALIVE".
How many hours labour would a volvo workshop allow for changing a timing belt, and all 3 cam seals. (no tensioners or pullys involved)

Timing Belt should be like 3.5 Hours and the 4 seals like 1 to 2 hours labor.
