Hello, been experiencing this intermittent issue for some time now in my 98 V70 AWD (has the 2.4L turbo). When braking the idle speed dips down to 700-750rpm, then back up to the normal 900 when completely stopped. The dip only ever happens below 5-10mph while braking, so right before I come to a complete stop.

No check codes, no other consistently related issues.

Symptom is pretty intermittent, but has been pretty inconsistent. I've also been noticing that the car idles a little rough when it is symptomatic. When the symptoms are not present, car idles fine, and performs better, and sounds quieter.

Any thoughts?
