Default Jerky V70 T5

Hi, I have a Volvo V70 T5 auto estate with 87000 on the clock, the problem I have is the car seems to become slightly jerky while doing a constant speed while this can be any speed example doing 40 or 60 or 75 mph it starts to become jerky but if you accelerate the car is smooth , the car also idles fine.
While the car is jerky the rev counter does fluctuate by a few hundred revs.
Regards

Off the top of my head I would say check your ETM (Electronic Throttle Module) first. They are known to get really dirty.

Thanks for the tip.....its all im after because I havnt got a clue where to start, I will have a look at the weekend.

I used to have a Subaru WRX, this is my first Volvo (went to this car because of a baby) .....only wish I went for one earlier, love the car.

This is the first fault so hopefully your tip will sort out the issue I have.

Thanks again
Johnathan
