key problem

Default key problem

I can't take off key from dashboard, they are stock.Any help.please????

You didn't say if it's manual or auto. Just a thought, if its an auto, it must be put in to park (P) before the key can we removed. If it's an manual, make sure that you are in Neutral and try removing it that way. If these don't work you may need to replace the whole barrel assembly and have new keys programmed. I hope this isn't the case but if it is, get your chequebook out and be prepard for your bank balence to shrink a bit........

most likely that I've seen it's either ignition lock cylinder, cable for shifter that connect to ignition key lock cylinder to shifter or last thing check your shifter button have crackson the bottom (sometimes it jams and may require u to work with by picking it out inorder for the ignition lock cylinder to release the key) I hope that will help.
