Default Left blinker failure

I just bought a 2001 Volvo v70 t5 and on the way home from the dealership my indicator started blinking really fast and the bulb failure warning light came on, I replaced all the blinkers on the left side but it still blinks fast and the bulb failure light is still on, any ideas?

I just had that same issue with my V70 on the front driver's side turn signal. The faster flashing is because the flasher module isn't getting enough of a load to "balance" the flash rate, as compared to the other side's turn signals. I replaced the bulb and got no change. Finally, I checked all of the bulb sockets with a multi-meter, after determining that intermittent power was present with the signal lever on, that could only mean that there was a poor connection between the bulb and socket terminals. A little shot of contact cleaner and a wire brush and everything was fine again.

Hope this helps you-
