I don't know how this happened but my 99 V70(front wheel drive, non turbo) makes a loud pop sound from my dash when I hit bumps and if I hit a large bump it sounds like my dash is going to come down. What is causing this and how do I fix it?

It is not bad when you have done about 50 or so.

 

Tech, my car has 150k. Do you recommend changing my heater core at this point?
