Angry new member new owner looking for some help!!!!!!

hi everyone thanks for looking i just purchased a 98 v70 awd today for 500 bucks. awesome deal i know but i am having fuel problems and was wondering where to start ive searched around here for an hour now looking at different things it could be. i know it could be the pump it self just because with the key on it has no pressure at the rail. i know to check the pump you have to jump the relay and stuff but i dont know how to go about doing this if anyone can help id love to hear from you and thanks again for looking

ok so i found out how to jump the fuel relay on matthewsvolvosite.com so i am going to do that and if the relay is good then i will have to cut out the old pump as described on this page : http://www.ask.com/bar?q=1998+volvo+...=1265494378028 it makes it a heck of alot easier then dropping out the tank
