Thumbs up New (sort of) 07 V70 in the family

Having stepped up from a 98 V70t5 which lasted just shy of 300,000 miles before trading for a 01 V70 2.4 which lasted only 6 months and 20,000. Then thing started going south with the A/C (tried shimming but found it to be an internal block) and the transmission with a constant fear of it going out on me. hard shifting sometimes after 3 coolant flushes. I got a long list of repairs before I had her but bit the bullet anyway.
So now on to bigger and better things with the recent acquisition of my 07 V70 2.5T.
Sweet ride with a few bugs to work out.
My fuel gauge is not accurate. It shows less than what is there (which is the preferable problem if I had to choose. My thinking is the fuel sensor under the rear seat but need some guidance. I have three plugs under drivers side with only one plug with a male plug that goes under the metal plate. Is this the area to find the sensor or do I need to remove the metal plate and look further.
Also looking for a factory service manual and need a source for them.
As you can see I am hooked on Volvo's. Sweet rides and perfect for my needs.

I enjoy the forum and have looked often but seldom contributed.
Thanks in advance for the info.
