Positive feedback on a great volvo !!!
Hi Guy's, I would like to post some positve feedback on volvo's, i have had some minor issues with my 2000 v70 2.4T (new shape) I have just returned from holiday's from The Gold Coast in Brisbane.
I live in Sydney, the round trip was over 2000km or about 1250miles, i had the car loaded up with 3 kids the wife and myself, the wagon was full and a thule roof box up top....I can not begin to tell you how well the car performed, it was effortless. it chewed up every mile with not one problem i only went through about 2 tanks of juice which was great...
The turbo responsiveness while ovetaking was unreal and the comfort of the car made for an enjoyable long car trip.
Any one thinking of buying a volvo don't hesitate. go the turbo model it's great. I have owned many vehicle's and done a lot of long road trip's, nothing else stacks up.
Thanks
Jamie.

Nice post. I agree they are great cars for long trips and I don't think I would own one w/o a turbo. I'm on my 5th one right now and have two of them. My V70 is the low pressured turbo, but it does fine.
I'm really happy for you! It's great that you've found a Volvo you can appreciate and love. The V70s are excellent car and I hope you enjoy it for many more miles to come.
