Default Question about oil cooler lines

So my oil cooler lines are indefinitely leaking and I noticed where they connect to the block adjacent to the crank pulley that they both bolt onto some sort of boss. With the bolt that holds them both in place I am assuming that this "boss" will come off when I remove the bolt that holds the lines in place.

My question is... Is there some sort of copper washer/gasket/o-ring behind this boss to prevent leaking? There must be something and if I pull the lines off do I need to replace whatever is there? Any knowledge would be helpful, thanks.

Thanks tech for the input and since they are o-rings I'll definitely replace them.
