Unhappy Recent isssues brought up by my wife

So here goes:
Car is a 2000 V70 XC auto with turbo.
1. Vibration at speed gets worse over 75 miles an hour. Recent tire balance. No pulling or unusual noises. I am thinking either ball joint or warped rotors. Seems to get worse faster you go. Also at 70 the vibration comes and goes depending on the road conditions.

2. Surging at speed. The car seems to surge at speed happens weither on cruise or not.

3. While driving down the road after accelleration sounds like waste gate blowing off gasses. MY wife or I have never heard this before. this is a new sound does not feel like it affecting the way the cars drives but just a new sound and want to make sure nothing is wrong.

Thanks for you help in advance,

Ok,
So got to look at the car. I am working evenings and my wife is working days. Seems she left the car for me to look at and took the nonAWD V70. Ball Joints look good no unusal play and same for the tie rods. I started the car and it ran fine, that is untill I reset the gap on the plugs. Now it surges like she said it did. Get it off idle and and lots of power but back at idle and it stalls. Maybe an IAC? I did notice that the top motor mount seemed to be completely worn and it doesn't look like it is doing much of anything. Will replace that and see if that sures the vibration problem.

Could the surging be a fuel issue? Maybe not getting enough, like the fuel filter could need to be replaced? I'm not a mechanic per say, but that was just something that came to mind.

1. How many miles are on the tires? They might be worn out-of-round. You can try rotating the fronts to the back and see if that helps. I had a similar problem on my car and the only thing that cured it was to replace all 4 tires and install new rotors and pads.

3. You should not be able to hear it. Did someone install a blow-off valve? Check to make sure you do not have a hose disconnected or a loose clamp. If you do, it might account for the surging at speed.

Try cleaning the throttle body. It does not have a IAC. The throttle body controls the idle of the car.
