Default Scan tool recomendation

I have searched the forums about scan tools. Most of the threads are fairly old. I own a 2001 V70 and am looking for a reasonably priced tool that will tell me which component of the ABS is causing the light to come on periodically. I've been looking at the Foxwell NT630 and the Autel MD802. The Autel MD802 comes either "4 system" or "all system" which I find confusing. From what I have read the Vida Dice requires a computer with windows 7 which I do not have. Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks

There's the best (Vida/Dice) and there's the rest.
You really have to dig to see which Scan tool will peer into your brake system.
ABS systems require more visual inspection than you might think.

I have a BSR-PPC reader. It is truly the closest thing to a Vida/Dice for reading codes because it gets into each node of the system. If you're ever near Hackensack, NJ I'll read all your codes for you.
