Surpentine belt noise/tensioner
My '01 V70 non-turbo has a problem I've read about on the forum where the surpentine belt makes a vibration noise. I can visibily see it wobble like a rubber band when the noise happens, but it only happens at certain rpms, mostly between 1200 to 1500 or so. Once the car warms up it seems to barely do it.
I'm assuming the belt tensioner is weak and needs to be replaced. It looks fairly simple, just slide the belt off, take off the tensioner, install the new one, then put the belt back on.
Is it any more difficult then this? I've read about a belt tensioner and Idle tensioner. Does the V70 have both or is it one in the same? I only saw one that is on the upper-right portion of the engine and comes in order right after the crankcase pulley. It's the space between that pully and the tensioner where the belt wobbles/vibrates. I've only seen it ones so far but I wanted to see what it would take to change it.

It is pretty straight foward and easy.
Does it do it with the A/C on or off or both?
Maybe an accessory bearing is going bad.
I have only replaced maybe 2 in the last 5 years.
