taking off black plastic bumper instructions?

Default taking off black plastic bumper instructions?

I want to take off all the black plastic around the car (the ones on the doors, front bumper, rear bumper) so i can spay paint them with black bumper paint. anyone have instructions for this?

Is it a XC70 or just a V70?

just a regular v70 (2001 v70 2.4t)

Oh ok.
I think the moldings are held on with double side tape. Might just be alot easier to mask it off and paint it
Also the guys with the 850's have been using something that you can put on without removing the moldings or taping them off. Sorry I forget the name though.

Forever Black Bumper and Trim may be the product. I saw some pretty nice write-ups on it, and purchased some, but have not yet tried it.
