Hello, my 1999 v70R was rear ended so I swapped a trunk from a 2000 v70R onto mine and the trunk light is inverted (lit when closed, off when open) and the light warning light is also on. Anyone know how I can revert this or if its just a difference between 1999 and 2000’s? Dont care about light warning too much tho, mainy trunk.

 

Use the latch assembly from your 1999 if you still have it. There was a part number change at serial # 4232918
