my gearbox gets stuck in park and does not want to release when i step on the breaks, i noticed the breaklights also does not come on, after many retries the lights eventully came on and the gearbox released, can anyone help?<img border="0" src=smileys/smiley6.gif border="0">

 

Sounds like a brake switch.</P>


also check the manual override button for the gearshift. these get full of grime and don't fully release causing a similar problem</P>
