Default v70 oil leak from black plug

Hello, I have a 1998 V70 GLT 2.4 auto. Nice little puddle of motor oil coming from drivers side. Noticed a small black plug on the engine block, looks like leak coming from this. The plug faces the firewall, and can be seen between between a few turbo inlet hoses. This plug moves freely around. Any idea what this part is called? Cant seem to find anything like this. I will be doing the PVC system soon and would like to fix at same time.
Thanks very much for any help finding this part.

Default "I've heard...."

I've read that there is a manufacturing plug back there and that there is a perfected part available at dealers.
The posts I read involved failures of the less-that-perfect one.
I don't recall if a proper name was ever cited.
