Hi All.

I’ve recently serviced my V70 and now I need to turn the service light off. I’ve searched the forum for the solution and came across this one http://www.ehow.com/how_7246730_rese...volvo-s70.html however this doesn’t work, the service light flashes but when I start the engine its still one.

Any help would be appreciated. I have a 2001 V70 Torslanda 2.4 NA

My car the process is simple 1999 V70 AWD XC T5.
Key off, hold the tripometer reset, key on for 30 seconds, let go, key off

Hello Techi_Adam, There's a sticky at the top of one of the forums here. You'll find them all over the place (Brickboard, Volvoforums.org.uk Volvospeed) so try again. It's not the most satisfying task in the world since you'll need to try it several times. It takes all of 1 minute to try it 5 times. When the light goes out you're never sure what EXACTLY you did. That's been my experience. Kira
