The dealer that I had been taking my car for service is no longer a Volvo dealer (Inskip in RI)

I heard that Tasca will be carrying the Volvo line in RI now (in my area)

I was wondering - when I bring my car in for service is there a database that stores all of this information. When I called Inskip they would just plug in my phone number and all my information was there - was that a Volvo database or an Inskip database

I know with my extended warranty that the information is with Volvo so if I have problems out-of-state (ie Annapolis) I can go to the Volvo dealer there...

I was just wondering because I don't think I have all the receipts from my Volvo service.....

 

The only real data base Volvo has it mainly warranty work.

 

My dealer never signs my book....
