V70 T Replacement Shocks and Handling
Ever since I had my 2001 V70 auto transported from TX to CA it seems as if the handling is, um off.
At highway speeds, bumps in the road seem to introduce a yaw - even more so if the suspension is compressed (say in a sweeping turn). Generally the yaw seems to be counter-clockwise.
Also, it seems as though the stock shocks have reached the end of their service life (telltale "thunks" in the suspension). What are the replacement options? Tire Rack sells an adjustable Koni, but I've heard folks advocate the Bilstein and even KYBs (which I have on my 92 Miata, incidentally). I'm looking for a stock level of comfort but a bit more control.
thanks
