W on dash
While I was driving today, without shifting, where the D for drive normally would appear on the dash instead became a W. I drove for a while and then my check engine light came on. Any ideas? I have an 05’ V70

The "W" is for winter driving mode. There is a button on the console near the shifter. The question becomes why the unit went into winter driving mode.
Try pushing the button and see if all is well.
