I am wanting to get new shocks for my '00 V70. I wanted KYB AGX's but apparently they don't make them for my car, so the options from KYB are the Gas-A-Just model for the rear and the GR-2's for the front. The GR-2's are an OE replacement and I really wanted something a little stronger than OE. Koni is out of my price range, and Bilstein is pretty pricey, too. Tokico doesn't make anything for the V70. I would prefer to spend $100 or less per shock. AGX's were my first choice as I've owned them before and really liked them, but now I really don't know what to get. Does Monroe or Gabriel make a performance-line shock for my car? If so I can't find it. Can anyone recommend a good middle-of-the-road shock absorber upgrade for my car?

Get the BOGE/Sachs turbo-gas model. It's a slight upgrade from the OEM and they make great shocks.

 

boge/sachs turbo-gas model? i havent seen that anywhere, ive only found the oem version. any idea where to buy it? thank you!
