Hello everyone, hoping to get some help in here since calling Volvo didn't seem to get anywhere. Problem I am having is that the RTTI (Real Time Traffic Information) was working when I first got the car. The major roads would light up green indicating traffic flow moving and red when traffic wasn't, etc. My XC40 was purchased in February of this year which includes the Sensus Navigation package. From what I've read in the manual, the car must be connected to the cloud service for RTTI to work. I get that, but it's been more then a week since it last worked. Any ideas before I take it in for service? BTW, yes I have RTTI checked in settings.

I also "lost" the traffic, although it did show up again over Memorial Day weekend. I think that was courtesy of XM/Sirius which I also have. Let's see if it pops up again on July 4th.

 

Thanks all for reviewing my post, though I am surprised only one person actually responded lol. Figured Volvo was a more active vehicle for owners but guess I was wrong. Anyways, I finally figured out what was wrong with it and got my RTTI back and running again. Next time I need help with my Volvo, I'll make sure that I offer a round of drinks to get more active responses lol.
